I Got My Freshwater Bumble Bee Grouper!!!

Was everyone too engaged in a heated discussion about the ethical issues associated with exploring the osmoregulatory tolerance of Epinephelus lanceolatus to notice that Li's datnoid is looking at the grouper with a "WTF is that thing doing in my tank" look? 
F100000 I like that. LOL! I agree with you there Harold. I believe after all the generations of being captive bred they tend to be more tolerant of a wide variety of conditions. I did meet someone before and saw his Discus doing very well in a higher pH range. If I remember right it was in the 7.5-8.0 range and they showed no signs of stress and were eating and growing fine.

At any rate- Yes, This is quite amazing.. Im very curious as to see how these 2 fish do.
I would like to have one, a saltwater one, but even I dont have the tank space for such a giant beast.
These are not monster fish, they are epic legends of the fish world..
