Keeping Gar in a Pond?

It's about 4 years old, and it has cleared some since it was built. It tends to be clearer in late spring to early fall. My smallmouth bass spawned in the last few days/weeks, so the food supply will be increased by at least 2000 fish.
Here's pics that I took of my pond today.

I'll see about it. Crocodile gar are pretty rare since the alligator gar and other gar rarely will interbreed.
