Your helleri are looking really mature now. Stunning fish.
And your moss has really taken over. Is that intentional, or is it just hard to keep under control? I'm going to be adding some moss to my new setup.

I don't have any plants at all in this tank anymore. The green you can see is all algea.
I do encourage good algea growth by allowing an influx of natural sun light.
It needs regular trimming but I like the effect.

A quick update on my 7x2x2.
The green terrors have now gone along with all their tank mates.
I have moved my 11 thorichthys helleri and my otapa swordtails out of the 4 foot and into the 7x2x2.
It was a hard call to make, the rivulatus made a nice display and I will miss keeping them.
In the end my love for thorichthys won me over and it's nice to see them with more tank space.
I have re scaped the tank,although I am not completely happy with it yet. Full tank pics will be posted here once I'm happy with it.
Since adding the helleri 4 pairs have decided to spawn so I will not mess with the decor until they have finished.
I like their new pale striped spawning dress.
Here are a few pics of the helleri in breeding colours.
You can see eggs in the foreground on the rock in this picture.
I have also been living to long with no veija species in my tanks so I picked up 3 young melanura.
Here is one of them at about 2 inches.
I have been breeding my otapa swordtails
I must have around 100 of these growing on ready to add once large enough not to be eaten.
More pics of the tank will follow once I've finished tinkering with it.

I got the melanura off a mate of mine who had my old pair off me.These are offspring from that pair.
