Lots of pics past and present

Don't stress, a,bit,of grumpiness once in a while doesn't do any harm. Some people do need to be told bluntly they are wrong or cruel. It's actually good to.see people taking a stand, I tried to defend someone here who was "getting a big tank soon" who turned out to be a fool and was banned a few days later!

we will either be moving or renovating house this year so will be closing my tank down soon (it's also starting to lean a bit so am getting nervous). Once that's done I will be setting it up again and will be checking in again for ideas on just how to get such a natural looking scene happening. Maybe will get a 2 footer in the meantime to keep me going.

I will make it my new years resolution not to be so grumpy.
Can't see me lasting long though.:(

Haha, we all have our moments! This is a very well planned and excellently executed tank. It looks simply amazing, good job :)

Have you got any corydoras in there?

Thanks Hendre.
No cory's yet. I may add some in the future.

I think corydoras will be a lively and biotope correct option for your tank, they really have some charm to them! I'd say look into the water puppies (they're that playful) :)

Yes I do like them.
I used to have some Brochis splendens, the emerald Cory. They were great little fish. There are at least 4 species I know of that are biotope correct for my tank and I dare say many more.
I'm enjoying other non cichlid fish more and more these days. I'm particularly fond of my rineloricaria whiptails. I would love to start breeding these guys.
