New project, will take a long time

How about this idea; have the expansion butt up against your home's foundation. Then have a large viewing window installed. Have both your cool yard pond and an in home aquarium (of a sort) to watch.

Oh yeah theres an idea Yanbbrox, as if you didn't have enough trouble this past winter with your pond freezing and what not. You should have it extended to inside or butt up against your home and install a viewing window. I can just imagine what havoc that will cause you especially this coming winter, let alone the cost! If you do consider this, please setup a 24/7 web cam so I may watch the havoc first hand.;)

Dude, seriously I'm not doing it, the pond is submerged and although it would be quite entertaining for everyone on here to extend it and build it up 2 foot whilst finding somewhere for the fish etc. it's not happening;)

I have seen a pond with it done and it's beyond:cool: and if I was working back on a normal odd hour type shift I'd have a look to find the link. These stupid mon-fri 9-5 hours are killing me.

Although you never know, pond 2.0 is a possibility, may take me a year or so to convince the wife, if it's ever built I'll do it:naughty: It is planned out though but don't expect anything for at least a year;)

Not much happening on the pond front at the moment. The fish are growing at a good rate and because of this I've just switched the larger ones over to hikari staple, much bigger pellet. Still feeding the small wheat germ to the small ones:

Let's see if they like the new stuff:

[YT]<object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/TgX2ocxSO7w&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/TgX2ocxSO7w&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>[/YT]

Now the only problem is convincing the big fish to leave the small stuff alone;)
