I know that the inmates sure do LOL!
This guy came in and fired nearly the entire staff of ADA's and replaced them with his own band of bleeding heart social justice crusaders.

I never understood how that sort of behavior was even legal. DA job is to get the got locked up...but then asks for the lightest sentence. If that's the case do they think the guy isn't fully guilty ? I know it's not that simple but still isn't right

There are two current separate cases in which the relatives of the slain victims feel that this guy has turned his back on them...one of them involves the murdered cop that I previously mentioned and the other involves another family.They have both been on the local news complaining about things that this DA has done.
I haven't heard any rumblings but I hope that those assistant DA's who were fired for no reason get together and find some grounds to sue this creep.

If you catch them in your home or your forced to defend yourself is one thing. Pursuing is another. Killing out of revenge for material things or out of anger is wrong.

Now notice I didn't say not to beat the **** out of them :) ive chased several people outside and forced them on the ground. Hell I've put one of the neighbors kids on the ground for running through our yard in the middle of the night.

You can show force without becoming a bad guy yourself.

I'd bet regardless of how the law is interpretated and it's a stand your ground state your going to have a tough time if the intruderint shot in the back and it appears hes on his way out of the home.

I got no problem saying that I wouldn't want to be the guy that shoots a punk kid for stealing something that's not of immense value and is posing no harm to my family.
