plans for the weekend - /\/\onster canister set up

Since April 2005. I bought the 2260 for $250 brand new + $53 for Q.D.'s + filter media.
About 6 months ago, I swapped the original 1260 pump with a 1262 pump I had bought for doing water changes. I am pleased with the additional flow since I made a DIY 6' long 1/2" PVC spray bar that runs along the front of the tank. Helps to keep the water moving. Here's a pic of the spraybar during a water change.

not much more than an FX5 (well, the 2260 version)...i may just have to get one of these instead

never even considered eheim because of how much cheaper I could get others

I think we need a full tank shot of that with the huge spray bar it looks like an amazing setup.
Also i want one of those monster canister filters! What is the biggest canister filter you can buy?

This is it  for an aquarium.

Only pond filters are larger but they're not suitable for indoors (noise level etc., you can search this forum for more detail)

I am shooting for 12+ months of service interval, so I am not gonna worry about that now.

What do you mean by a service interval?...does that mean thats the next time you will change the media?...and what is your water change schedule when using one of these?

Thanks!
