the rubber bands dont give off any toxicity? how long have you had it in there?

lol i was actually gonna use it to put some plants onto the smaller pieces of wood i have and cover with moss but if ur taking it out guess
i wont try it lol haha

I always use sowing thread. I used it on this dw to tie down java fern and java moss. Just dont tie the moss too tight but not loose enough that it gets blown off.

i usually use fishing line or small dabs of silicone but i thought i could be lazy and use a rubber band lol

Yeah good thing we had this convo...the thing fell apart when i tried to take it off...now i have blue bits of ut all over the tank doing a big wc. I like the thread cuz it will eventually degrade and wont ha the fish

wow that sucks well at least water is clean from a unplanned wc lol xD

Rubber band won't harm fish. Worst thing about them is they break apart and fish will eat them. Use zip ties
