A rubber supply house. Just get whatever thickness you desire cut from sheet rubber. I think he uses 1/4" thick x 1" wide and uses four pieces cemented together to make the gasket.
Is the cement and the sealant enough to hold the glass up too or does it need additional support?

Get a bit of water in before sealing . So the liner is weighted . If you seal first then fill you may find the water weight pulling your liner out of the frame

I have seen people use glass that is measured from floor to top of window frame so it cannot sag or drop as it's stood up at the base of the tank

It'll only be fixed at the frames when the first bit of wter goes in so all the liner at the backcan shift to start with, then i'll fix it in place. Aint no way i'm paddling in a couple of inches of cold water to do these frames!

Already got the glass, and it's not that big. Hence the frames. Full height was the original plan but this way's cheaper and the budget is tight.

First frame in!

Sealant report for Bigcol: It's great, no smell. I would recommend the strongest caulking gun you can lay your hands on and a pair of rubber gloves tho! My hands are black and ache a lot. No need to worry about holding the frame in place while it's screwed in as the stuff so sticky it held it's self. Just make sure you get it in the right place first time.

All screwed tightly in, smoothed the sealant all around the outside, hope it's water tight.

The rubber cement bonds the hard rubber to the liner. The Dow 795 is used to bond the glass to the rubber.

As someone mentioned, you need to have the liner seated in place before you add the hard rubber gasket, but was wrong about having water in it while sealing. Moisture and uncured sealant don't go together. The moisture will compromise the bond.
